The B.Com. Strategic Finance programme prepares students for leadership roles in corporate finance by combining the undergraduate commerce degree with the Certified Management Accountant (US CMA) qualification awarded by the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA), USA. Over three years, students build a firm foundation in accounting, finance, economics, business law and commerce, then progress to the specialised areas central to management accounting and strategic finance: financial planning and forecasting, budgeting, cost management, performance analysis, internal controls, corporate finance, investment decisions, risk management and decision analysis. The curriculum also develops technology and analytics skills, professional ethics, business communication and strategic thinking, so students learn to interpret financial information and turn it into sound business decisions. Teaching is practical and application-oriented, using case studies, business simulations, problem-solving exercises and real-world financial analysis. Graduates are prepared to take the US CMA examinations with confidence and to pursue careers in management accounting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, cost and performance management, business analytics and consulting with multinational organisations in India and abroad.

Students who have completed two years Pre-University Course of Karnataka or equivalent there to are eligible to seek admission to B. Com with CMA Course.
CMA curriculum is covered from Semester 1 to Semester 5 with the duration of 60 hours approximately per semester. At the end of each paper, they can take up the CMA exams. Exams is conducted in the following months - January- February, May-June or September- October.
With the specialized knowledge and training, CMAs may hold top management position in public and private sectors’ enterprises like Chairman cum Managing Directors, Managing Director, Finance Director, Financial Controller, Chief Financial Officer, Cost Controller, Marketing Manager and Chief Internal Auditor and other important positions.
The fee collected by the college includes only coaching fees of B.Com and US CMA. CMA Registration fees, Exam registration fee of Paper 1 and 2 and any other charges are to be paid by the students on intimation/notification of Miles Education /IMA.
