Internal Complaints Committee

St. Claret College firmly opposes any act of sexual harassment and any such behaviour is against the law under the University Grant Commission (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal and Sexual Harassment of Women Employees and Students in Higher Educational Institutions) Regulation, 2015.

SCC constituted the Internal Complaints Committee in line with UGC regulation - ‘Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal of Sexual Harassment of Women Employees and Students in Higher Educational Institutions, UNIVERSITY GRANTS COMMISSION (Regulations 2015)’

Through this UGC Regulation, SCC is committed to providing protection against sexual harassment of women/students at workplace/College Campus and the prevention and redressal of complaints of sexual harassment and matters related to it.
