Hostels at SCC provide a unique living experience for students, offering a "home away from home" atmosphere. These homely accommodations create a mini-world where residents can forge a strong sense of belonging and community.
The college ensures a safe and comfortable environment by arranging separate hostels for male and female students. The girls' hostels are managed by the Reverend Sisters, with one located within the campus (Maria Nilaya) and another adjacent to it (Monica Study House). The boys' hostel is directly operated by the college and has a full-time warden appointed to oversee discipline and college traditions.
Living in the hostel premises encourages students to actively participate in various events and activities. This involvement cultivates personal growth in multiple aspects, beyond just academic pursuits. The college emphasizes upholding traditions and maintaining discipline within the hostel environment to instill a strong sense of community and responsibility among the residents.
