Leadership Incubation Cell

The main objective of the Leadership Incubation Cell at SCC is to bring out the best student leaders. The students are provided opportunities to gain the necessary leadership skills via various events such as exclusive leadership training programmes in collaboration with reputed external organizations, student leadership summits, state/national level youth - talk contests, activities based on team building, stress management, personal grooming, public speaking etc. The Leadership Incubation Cell also acts as a platform to mold the upcoming leaders of our institution to take up new demanding responsibilities.
