BRAILLE

SCC Library provides Braille Software for Divyangjan students. NVDA (Non-Visual Desktop Access) is a screen reader, which enables vision impaired people to use computers. It reads the text on the screen in a computerized view. Students can control what is read by moving the cursor to the relevant area of text with a mouse or the arrows on the keyboard. The Braille Section is located in a separate area “Desktop for Divyangjan” with 5 systems dedicated for the special needs.
