B. Com Professional with CMA

CMA (Certified Management Accountant) is a professional certification awarded by the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA), USA and is accepted in 140 countries around the world. Along with the B.Com classes, during the first four semesters, on campus training is provided for CMA certification. Miles Education, the leading training provider for CMA in India and around the world trains the CMA aspirants at SCC. The training is oriented towards up-skilling the students to be future-ready and enable their career progression.

The CMA qualification has two exam parts: 1) Financial Planning, Performance, and Analytics and 2) Strategic Financial Management. Training is provided in the first four semesters and students take the exams by the end of the fourth semester.

Eligibility
Students who have completed two years Pre-University Course of Karnataka or equivalent there to are eligible to seek admission to the B.Com Professional with CMA Course.

Program details
In addition to the Bangalore University B.Com classes, the CMA students are provided the following training:

Key Points

1. Compulsory internships for all the students at the end of each semester.

2. The B.Com professional students will be a part of the Professional Conclave Club at SCC.

3. At the end of the fifth semester, all the B.Com professional students will be given placements training (PTP) and will be required to take up the PTP compulsorily.

4. No student is permitted to discontinue the course a week after the date of admission.

5. CMA classes are conducted in the college campus.
